I love listening to this podcast! Tonya brings on wonderful guests who are brilliant and the conversation is riveting! I always learn something new or have an “ah ha” moment! It’s also one of the few podcasts that holds my attention so I don’t zone out or catch my mind wandering. Tonya’s voice draws me in and she asks great questions in response to the conversation. Definitely worth a listen! I suggest making a nourishing cup of matcha with reishi and hitting play!
Only commenting on Sarah Britton episode. It is so validating to hear her come around. Her work and My New Roots deeply influenced me and contributed to my eating disorder. It’s horribly sad to hear how much wellness culture hurt her too. I appreciate her owning up in some ways, but she doesn’t in others. The interview was well conducted, which is actually pretty exceptional nowadays.
Tonya I love what you are doing with this podcast! I have felt so inspired, moved and connected to these heartfelt conversations with the incredible humans you share with. I just listened to Lauren Taus who i love so much and it was all the rememberings I needed ❤️✨🍄
Really appreciate the conversations Tonya has shared. I’ve been diving in DEEP with my health over the past 2 years due to an intense health crisis. I love hearing from people who are passionate about collective healing and it’s such a good fix. Makes me feel connected and joyful! :) great listen.
I love the podcast as much as I love the tinctures. The reishi has helped my unexpectedly with minor gut issues and in general feeling pretty good! I recommend the podcast to all my friends and coworkers. Excited for the next season!
