  • My favorite Ducks Football Listen

Very knowledgeable and detailed review of the Ducks football program. I look forward to this program wherever me episodes are released. They do an excellent job of preparing in-depth analyses of each game, as well as recruiting and position groups. QB11 is very insightful, and Doug does an excellent job leading the show discussion and moving it along.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Jul 17, 2026: Listener Questions, CFB27
Q: Is Iverson Hooks more like Tez Johnson or Jalen Redd, and what can we reasonably expect from Hooks as a rotational receiver?
Hooks is not likely to replicate Tez Johnson or Jalen Redd exactly; his skill set appears more well-rounded with strong hands and route-running, making him a rotational asset rather than a straightforward starter, and the group depth means fewer targets than Tez received.
Feb 2, 2026: Listener Questions
Q: Can you share your best guesses for next season's starting offensive line position by position?
Fox Crater at left tackle, Douglas You at left guard, Poncho at center, and Yuli at right guard. Right tackle is where it gets difficult; I think they're going to start Nacho.
Feb 2, 2026: Listener Questions
Q: What do you see as the biggest area of growth for Dan Lanning after going out in massively disappointing fashion each of the last two seasons?
The biggest area of growth is to ideally not lose by large margins in the playoffs again and to be more competitive instead.
Sep 23, 2025: Penn State Preview
Q: What strategic advantages does Oregon's offense have going into this game?
Oregon's diverse offensive strategies and ability to stretch the field vertically might create favorable matchups against Penn State.
Sep 23, 2025: Penn State Preview
Q: What matchups are you particularly excited about for this game?
The chess match between Oregon's offense and Penn State's young secondary will be critical, especially with the talent that Oregon possesses.
