I absolutely love this podcast! As a runner mother of a toddler and currently pregnant, Serena is such an inspiration to keep running part of my life and pregnancy for as long as possible while supporting my body and giving myself A LOT of grace along the way. Highly recommend for any pregnant mamas out there!
