This podcast has been a gift to me. It quietens my racing mind, still my soul, & invites me back into my body and into a deeper awareness of God. Each episode/sermon offers information & insight about a spiritual discipline, but also has a practical component. The listener is invited to try the practice, in the safe space that's been created, with gentle guidance. There is no pressure or striving, just an invitation into deeper communion with ourselves, our world, our community & our God
