Still one of the weirdest names for the video game, it is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III - The Manhattan Project on the NES. I had never played this prior to this podcast and this saddens me because it is a great game. The turtles are on the quest ... more
I don't often cover remakes of a game I have already covered but I will make an exception here for this weeks game is Y`s: The Oath in Felghana which is a remake of Ys III - The wanderers of Ys.
This week, I am joined by Chris Coplien from the Retro... more
Entering the arena this week is Garou - Mark of the Wolves, originally released in the arcades and then getting it's break on the Dreamcast. I really wish I had played this back in the day. This week, I am joined by Raging Demon from the Kommand List... more
Ristar the Sonic killer, well that was what he was called at the time. Surprisingly this game was only released on the mega drive and game gear with no other sequels. Made by the Sonic Team, this was a very different game where one little star needs ... more

I listen to a bunch of retro gaming podcasts and this is my favorite. It's very humorous and nostalgic. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to figure out how to skip the news section sometimes. I'm just here for the old games I'm not interested in new ones.

Great show. Lots of fun every week going back to the games we played as kids.
And yes I absolutely get the mashed potatoes reference. We have mashed potatoes here in North America too. We also have chips (you may know them as crisps) and fries (I believe you call these chips) and baked potatoes. They are such an amazing root vegetable. They can be boil or mashed or even put into a stew, and they are always delicious. Good pull sir. Keep up the great work
Love the enthusiasm! My new favourite retro gaming podcast. Love the humour too!
