  • Exploring Your Sexual Story. Episode 161

I have been working through childhood sexual abuse, between 8 and 12 yrs old. My 2 older brothers were the perpetrators. At 67 years old, this has been a long journey. In this episode, Adam has given language to my experience and the place where shame has entangled my heart, mind and soul. This has been another brave step in my healing process.

    Thanks so much!

Thank you, Adam Young you are a gift from above.
