  • Unlistenable

The audio quality is so poor that it is too difficult to listen to, which is a shame, as much of the content is interesting. Internet compression, delay and echo, along with poor recording techniques prevent what could be a good podcast coming anywhere near its potential. Easily fixable though, so hopefully this will be the case.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Photography Pod

What is The Photography Pod about and what kind of topics does it cover?

A practical, gear-focused chat with working photographers and educators that covers career paths, business fundamentals, pricing, branding, and education. Episodes frequently explore how to build a photography business beyond shooting, the realities of running YouTube channels or mentoring programs, and how workers juggle client work with personal projects. A standout angle is the blend of hands-on technique (lighting, gear decisions, editing workflows) with strategy (pricing, packages, mentorship, and studio operations), making it useful for both established pros and ambitious newcomers who want actionable takeaways rather than just theory.
