Each month we dive into the latest photography news, put new gear under the microscope to see if the world really needs it, and play the always-chaotic PO... more

Generally a good listen. The host Ruth is obviously from a professional radio background and hosts well. The various other team members vary from the likeable to the wholly unlikeable and downright snobbish - just fast forward whenever you hear Marcus start talking:-)
Once you get over the presenters’ photography fundamentalism — that there is just one way of taking photographs (manual everything, preferably film, definitely no Photoshop) — then this is very enjoyable. I disagree with virtually all of Marcus’s opinions, so I love it when he’s on. Ruth is an excellent anchor and the team have created a radio-quality production.
Liked the latest episode (Jan 25) not sure about the quiz though, maybe it will grow on me but would prefer more photo stuff 🙂

A gear-forward, personality-driven show where three hosts discuss current photography news, gear launches, and industry quirks with humor and sharp insights. Episodes mix on-location segments, product reviews, trivia quizzes, and thoughtful takes on ethics, trends, and the culture surrounding photography. The dynamic banter and practical detail appeal to both enthusiasts and working shooters, with a clear emphasis on hands-on gear evaluation, extended debates about marketing stunts, and real-world field testing. A notable strength is the balance between accessible conversation and technical depth, making it useful for listeners who want practical guidance alongside entertaining commentary.
