  • Interesting Podcast

I met Patrick very briefly at the 6/6-6/8/25 LHOTP cast reunion event at a “VIP” breakfast (for fans who paid for such a ticket). We spoke for 3 mins near the coffee and I asked what he was up to and he said he had a podcast. I started to listen to it just a week ago and enjoy Patrick’s line of questions, his unique and interesting perspective, humor and seriousness. He asks the questions that a listener would care about. Enjoyable! You now have a new fan!!

  • Please read this heartfelt message and review

I just recently discovered and subscribed to your podcast and I love it. Your conversations and personal insights with your guests are so enjoyable to watch on YouTube and listen to on Apple Podcasts. I was super excited that you interviewed Kari Turner and I hope that more actors from Jag join in the future. I was and always will be a HUGE fan of the series. I am in the process of rewatching all 10 seasons. It was so well acted and written and the chemistry between the cast was fantastic!!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Samm Levine - from Geek to Basterd
Q: What's your biggest missed financial opportunity in show business?
He explains he's tried to avoid dwelling on financial regrets, recounts a tense pilot season with multiple network tests, and emphasizes that while some choices may not work out, he trusted his information at the time and did what felt best for his career path.
Samm Levine - from Geek to Basterd
Q: What was the most Hollywood moment in your life?
Levine recalls the first real Hollywood premiere he attended for Man on the Moon in 1999, the excitement of walking the red carpet, and the feeling that fame and attention can be addictive, even if the moment is not about him personally being a household name yet.
Matthew and Gunnar Nelson
Q: What's the most Hollywood moment in your life?
The most Hollywood moment was performing to 66,000 people in Erie, Pennsylvania with just two acoustic guitars, a moment that confirmed their breakout power and the potential of stripped-down performances to connect with a massive audience.
Scott Lawrence - From JAG to Darth Vader
Q: What's the best thing you've done professionally and the worst?
Proudest: Quantum Leap and the complex role of a mentally challenged character; worst: an ER audition experience where another actor's complete commitment made him realize the level of preparation needed.
Scott Lawrence - From JAG to Darth Vader
Q: What is your biggest missed financial opportunity?
A Broadway-bound Raisin in the Sun production would have been a major springboard; the leading director fell ill and the project shifted, changing the trajectory of that opportunity.
