This is an brilliant podcast it is hosted by scholars and historians who explore the twin issues race relations and the U.S Presidents. It shows how presidents beginning with Lincoln and concluding with Trump dealt with race and how the issue of race impacted the institution of the presidency. The hosts are engaging and really made me think about things using the latest historiography and research.
This podcast is simply fascinating and really helps provide the context of what we see happening today. Although not a student of history, I find the podcast approachable and enjoy the variety of guests and the rapport of hosts.
I never write reviews, but I wanted to say how wonderful this podcast is. It provides such fascinating insights about the presidency in a way that I have never heard before. I also love the three people who host it and enjoy the chemistry that they have together! Please keep this excellent podcast going.
