They push their idea of a plant only diet early on, by citing non-peer-reviewed studies claiming it as a "sex tip". Maybe they have good info on others, but that's a huge red flag for any advice given.

5 Emotional Triggers Behind Jealousy
Q: So Courtney was just asking me if you can be jealous and still be in a non-monogamous relationship. Is that possible?
Yes, jealousy can exist as part of the experience, but understanding and addressing the underlying fears makes it possible to maintain a healthy non-monogamous relationship or even a strong monogamous one.
When Fights Test Your Relationship: Handling Conflict in Consensual Non-Monogamy
Q: How do you come back stronger after a moment like a big fight and know if the relationship is right for you?
The key is to communicate through the fears that triggered the fight and to consider whether the relationship model fits well with both partners.
Breaking Stereotypes in Open Relationships 🌍
Q: How did you arrive at that conclusion that you weren't going to be in a monogamous relationship all of your life?
I've always felt that monogamy is weird. I never wanted to get married. It was fortunate that I came across a book called The Ethical Slut at age 23, because that book really opened up my vocabulary to give me the words that I can articulate my feelings.
Breaking Stereotypes in Open Relationships 🌍
Q: How do you think that changes how you view yourself?
It gives me a lot more confidence, for sure. Being in a lifestyle community is very free in a way, because it allows you to sort of put yourself out there, try new, different, weird things, and not feel like you're going to be judged if you succeed or fail.
The Truth About Cheating in Open Relationships
Q: Do lifestyle couples cheat less than monogamous couples?
While John and Jackie agree that cheating can happen in both types of relationships, they believe that the open communication typical of consensually non-monogamous relationships may lead to less cheating.
