  • Bad for your brain

Swinging doesn’t work in the long run. It is for those that want hedonistic convenience over meaning and commitment.

  • Let’s Get Past the Drama

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I think you’re trending in a way that your listeners aren’t going to enjoy. Most everyone who’s been around the lifestyle for long will take a wide berth around drama given the choice. You’re committing large blocks of your Thursday episodes to just that. We get it - It happens. Acknowledge it and move on. We don’t need the details.

  • Been a longtime listener, and can say this is easily one of my favorite podcasts of all time. Dan & Lacy are honest, raw, realistic, and authentic. Their stories are entertaining, while also being educational. Their guests are always informative and professional. I enjoy the tips and insights! I find myself laughing, and nodding along. Lacy’s honesty about self love, anxiety, and balancing the reality of aging parents, children, and work are soooo relatable!
