  • UNIQUE INFORMATION

I’ve listened to approximately four episodes and I am hooked. I needed something new and different from my others. I love the information given in this format. A lot of it is above my pay grade, but that’s what makes it worth the time to listen and learn something. I especially enjoyed the episode discussing fasting! I practiced intermittent fasting for several years. I understand now why I felt so good doing it. Please continue educating the public and doing it with a calm and soothing voice. more

Dr. Troy Hassan Shepherd
Q: At what point did you realize you weren't simply studying the relationship between science and spirituality, but attempting to reconcile two ways of inhabiting the world?
The realization emerged from multiple experiences, including divinations and elders' guidance that suggested a deeper calling beyond tutoring humanity in science; over time this evolved into a framework that treats science and earth-based knowledge as complementary rather than opposing.
Mailbag Installment 29: How Do I Improve My Intuition? | Intuition, Pattern Recognition, Neuroscience, Predictive Processing, Emotional Intelligence
Q: What would you recommend I do to improve my intuition?
Shift the goal from becoming more psychic to becoming more perceptive. Start with observation without immediate interpretation, separate observations from conclusions, practice predicting what will happen before it unfolds, and regulate the nervous system to reduce interference so genuine perception can emerge.
Mailbag Installment 27: The Uncrossed Threshold | Identity, Transformation, Ambition, Modern Fragmentation, Self-Development, Consciousness
Q: How does one develop enough internal structure to act decisively without losing the flexibility necessary for growth?
By balancing adaptive coherence with sustained openness, ensuring there is enough structure to act while preserving room to revise and reorient as needed.
Mailbag Installment 27: The Uncrossed Threshold | Identity, Transformation, Ambition, Modern Fragmentation, Self-Development, Consciousness
Q: At what point does curiosity become avoidance?
Usually when exploration ceases producing embodiment, meaning it stops translating ideas into lived, embodied practice.
Mailbag Installment 27: The Uncrossed Threshold | Identity, Transformation, Ambition, Modern Fragmentation, Self-Development, Consciousness
Q: Can a person fundamentally change their life without first changing the symbolic architecture through which they interpret themselves?
Yes, transformation requires symbolic restructuring before behavioral change; mere insight or information is insufficient to rewire the deeper structures that govern action.
