  • UNIQUE INFORMATION

I’ve listened to approximately four episodes and I am hooked. I needed something new and different from my others. I love the information given in this format. A lot of it is above my pay grade, but that’s what makes it worth the time to listen and learn something. I especially enjoyed the episode discussing fasting! I practiced intermittent fasting for several years. I understand now why I felt so good doing it. Please continue educating the public and doing it with a calm and soothing voice. more

Moe Choice
Q: What role did NLP play in shaping your approach with clients?
NLP provided a foundation for reframing beliefs and language, enabling clients to shift their words to change their worlds, and it catalyzed a broader journey into coaching, dialogue, and holistic personal development.
Moe Choice
Q: How do you help someone unpack what they mean by being free or needing freedom?
He emphasizes unpacking internal language to uncover concrete sensations, patterns, and values, then aligning actions with those insights to gauge true progress rather than chasing vague goals.
Moe Choice
Q: Moe, it's fantastic to have you sitting here with me today. You walked away from scale after loss. What did burnout actually feel like in your body before it became a business story?
Moe describes a profound physical and emotional breakdown marked by inability to face the world, fatigue, and somatic symptoms, followed by a realization that there was a need to explore underlying causes rather than treating it as a one-off problem.
Olga Naiman
Q: Did you embed any tools or elements that you felt would help them with the reintegration?
Yes, we have a beautiful womb-like recovery where clients can feel held in their altered state and collect themselves after therapy.
Olga Naiman
Q: Would you share some of the elements you applied and the thinking behind them?
I wanted people to come in and feel like they were entering a friend's home so that their nervous system relaxed in the space held them.
