I haven’t visited the podcast in a while. I’m struggling with covid alone and my mind has been a disaster. Repeated listening to my library of teachings hasn’t helped my state. These casual, practical, FRIENDLY, confident, and calming recordings set me straight today 🙏♥️🙏 (this isn’t the first time). Love and gratitude to you all!
