  • The most exciting podcast on self-development

To my mind this is the most useful podcast on self-development there currently is. A wonderful contribution to our social world, applicable universally in parenting, in the workplace and the community at large. There is so much to learn from the episodes that I have to listen to them twice or more times. Thank you, Jack.

  • Life changing!

Listening to Jack’s podcast every week is like having your own personal Bowen systems coach. I love the the way that he integrates the Christian faith, stories from his family life, and articles from relevant modern day thinkers. His delivery makes the complex - concise and easy to understand, and you will soon find yourself looking for ways to apply it in your own life.
