What an awesome PODCAST!!
This is what women need! Inspiring, powerful
relevant conversation with women thought leaders! Subscribe ladies, you will be inspired .
As a woman of color in the aviation industry, it’s more the norm to be an “only” on a routine basis. Being an “only” you can feel lonely and isolated, but not with these ladies. The entire notion of embracing that, leaning into it and finding a family within the group of “only’s” is like finding your long lost tribe. The conversations and topics are engaging and I look forward to topics they explore next.
I love this podcast because there is always something I can learn and apply from each persons story. Olivia and Archita sure know how to bring out the stories and unpack the lessons. You go ladies!!
