  • For all ADHDers!!!

Fantastic, evidence based, sound information that is effective, appropriate, and validating for the ADHD population. You do NOT have to be a nurse to gain so much value from this podcast - nurses have appreciation for realistic strategies and valid research, which shines through in her episodes. Jami is friendly, has a calm but perky voice, and spends the majority of the episode on actual content (not too much small talk). I feel like we’re friends having coffee, learning how to navigate being a... more

I love this podcast and it is so helpful as I struggle with my journey as a nurse with ADHD. I started as a new nurse in observation and just recently moved to Post Partum. If I had this podcast when I started obs, I don’t think I would have struggled as much as I did. Thank you for your time, knowledge, and awareness for those of us like y... more
