This podcast really resonated with that I have been through the last several years since COVID hit. I lost my Daddy and then 3 months later I lost my husband. I have been in/out of lifestyle for several years and here in the Bible Belt that sort of frolicking is greatly frowned upon. Through all my losses the gym and exercise have always been there for me.
