I do wish that Tony wouldn’t change Katrina’s words or talk over her - that’s a shame

  • What the world needs now!

Brilliant! 🤩 This is my first time listening to Tony’s podcast although I’ve listened to Tony on other notable podcasts. I wanted to listen to a few episodes before reviewing in order to be genuine, a couple of episodes in and I’m hooked!

So informative and in many ways relatable, I received some messages I’ve been needing to hear. Loved listening to the episode with Sophie, it’s refreshing hearing a father speak candidly about periods (though it shouldn’t be novel). It warmed my heart hearing... more

  • Powerful and insightful Conversations

Tony asks questions about sustainability, environment, health, wellbeing and so much more. The guests are not your run of mill celebs but instead interesting people who have something different to say and relevant work behind them. Doesn't have the obvious draw of some of the "big" podcasters, but once you listen to an episode you want to listen to them all as you learn about things you may not have otherwise. Great quality sound and interesting format too. Thanks Tony!

  • One of the most inspiring people and podcasts

Tony’s attitude to life is incredible. The way he reframes what are considered the ‘norms’ of society in such an open, honest, yet positive way is a real inspiration, and hearing his stories and other people’s stories through this podcast has been a real inspiration for myself and how I live my own life. I first found out about Tony and his life work through these podcasts, and have used many of his tips to do with movement and rewilding which I’ve found so helpful to reconnect with an awareness... more
