  • Brilliant all-star cast

Ep 500 was a celebration of amazing journalists doing amazing things. Great camaraderie, deep respect for each other. Nice to get a ringside view of the process.

I’d recommend videotaping and uploading as well. It may be audio but video complements it well.

TCS Nashik, NCW's Findings & The POSH Failure

Implement a robust policy with extensive training in multiple languages, strengthen IC capacity, conduct regular internal audits, ensure independent third-party oversight, and enforce a zero-tolerance attitude from the top down.
TCS Nashik, NCW's Findings & The POSH Failure
Q: What does the NCW report reveal about the chain of silence in the workplace?
It shows a pervasive lack of bystander intervention and fear of retaliation, indicating leadership and colleagues were either unaware, disengaged, or actively silencing victims, which allowed harassment to continue.
Mangonomics
Q: What enables the US to accept irradiated mangoes and how does that intersect with consumer perceptions of organic labeling?
Irradiation sterilizes pests and has FDA approval for a long time, but some high-end US retailers resist it because it conflicts with organic labeling, limiting broader acceptance.
Mangonomics
Q: Dr. Damodaran, where are the main cracks in the supply chain leading to waste and missed potential?
The majority of exports come from a few southern varieties; logging in better post-harvest practices, packing, and cold-chain adoption could significantly reduce waste and unlock a larger export share.
