  • thanks

Scott’s paraphrase of Susan: “The key to Ramadan is recognising that, when I feel hunger, the point isn’t the hunger; the point is my body reminding me of my soul’s deeper need.”

I’m carrying this around with me, through my days; it is deepening my experience of the moments of the day.

    Thank you.

  • We’ll keep playing but not listening

Blink 3 times if you are being held captive!

As a ‘from the beginning’ listener, I am a bit concerned that the Minefield has been co-opted by bad actors.

The sport angle is okay … for a three or four episode expose perhaps; but it’s a chore for regular listeners.

I’ll keep listening, just to defy the overlords.

  • Insightful - stop making up words

Wonderful, measured, thoughtful, insightful and entertaining. I look forward to hearing the deep discussions every week and the brilliant guests. But Scott - please, please, please stop making up words or unnecessarily lengthening them to sound academic. It’s very grating and maybe alienating to certain listeners?
