    Wow this one hit home for me. I’m a SCA survivor from 09/21 I coded blue 3 times and there was no positive words from the doctors of me coming back to life as I knew if I came back at all. I’m here today to continue on my journey running half marathons training like I did prior to my SCA and now I’m following a eating plan that will help me to have the healthiest eating habits on a daily basis.

    I’m really enjoying this new podcast series and the format is excellent with short on point topics so you can choose whether the topic is one that interests you or not (eg: I didn’t listen to the one on outdoor running in the cold because that’s not my thing and I live in a warm climate). I also like that whether you are a MetPro customer or not you will still benefit from listening as they keep the topics generic enough that there is useful information regardless such as sugar cravings, etc. Th... more
