This podcast is thought provoking and covers a wide variety of topics related to self reflection and self improvement. I love the analogies and practical advice, and I have listened to many episodes multiple times. My only complaint is that the ads are loud and interrupt the speaker mid sentence, rather than playing at a natural pause place. It completely disrupts the messaging.
