Matthew - Love the content, perspective and guests that you bring on the show. I feel compelled to suggest that you need to employ more discipline in letting your guests do the talking. On numerous occasions on every podcast you jump in while they’re in the middle of a sentence to say something (happened with Jared Epstein or Justin Pugh episode too many times). Just let them speak and guide them through don’t feel compelled to finish their sentences or interrupt your guests.

Particularly hard to listen to because Kyle just wanted to talk about his families experiences the whole time instead of letting the guest tell his very interesting story.
