  • Bone perverts of the world, unite!

One of my favourite podcasts. Christianity from a leftist perspective and vice versa with lots of humour and great guests. Also highly recommended for bone perverts. If you know, you know.

  • Amazing

This is my absolute favorite podcast, please never stop making it! Liberation Theology is a fairly niche subject and I’ve learned so much about it, and related topics, from this show. The hosts are both knowledgeable and humble, and I appreciate the mixture of humor and serious discussion. God bless you guys for creating an amazing resource for left-leaning Christians!

  • Safe Harbor

This is a more recent find for me — last year or so. I’d kind of sworn off theology podcasts for a while, but I enjoy this one. Steers pretty well clear of my religious traumas and neuroses! And I’ve plundered the show for some great reading recommendations too. Solidarity!

The imaginary apocalypse
Q: What is the extent of the devil's power?
They discuss possible powers like teleportation, shape-shifting, and deception, while also noting limits such as not being able to read thoughts, and they acknowledge it's a topic that requires careful theological sourcing and further research.
Magnificast Classic: Understanding Venezuela w/ Jim Hodgson
Q: So how do you think Christians can talk with each other about situations like Venezuela's in a way that does justice to the complexities?
Promoting dialogue, support for discussion among differing viewpoints, and engaging with varied perspectives on the situation helps navigate the polarized opinions around Venezuela.
Magnificast Classic: Understanding Venezuela w/ Jim Hodgson
Q: What did you and the other observers see there regarding the election?
We saw a really well-run election, despite some opposition parties boycotting it. Forty-eight percent of the population participated in the vote, and Maduro won with a significant amount of support.
St. Michael's special stuff
Q: Is it blasphemy if you were to put a Christmas hat on little baby Jesus?
It could be chronologically confusing, but ultimately fine as long as it doesn't mess with the narrative.
St. Michael's special stuff
Q: Why can't God just kill Satan?
The devil serves as an important bureaucratic functionary in the heavenly order, pointing out transgressions.
