How did I just find this podcast!! I love it! Great stuff!!!! Thanks Mike and Ian!!!
Thanks for taking me around the series again
I have only listened to the Master and Commander episodes, (including the interview with Gordon Laco) so view this in that light - but I absolutely loved their knowledge, enthusiasm, and sheer having a good time-ness. Brilliant, and I shall now re-read the whole series.
Looking for a fantastic audio companion for Patrick O'Brian's 21 book naval epic look no further.
Ian & Mike - You have done a great job of taking us through the amazing naval writings of POB. I have read and listened to all of the books, and have really enjoyed revisiting them through your podcast (does that make it 3 circumnavigations?). Well done sirs. I raise a toast to you both!
