  • Excellent

This is right for you when you’re ready. If you’re meditating and doing yoga properly regularly and it’s working, the podcast allows deeper understanding from someone who has practised, learnt from a lineage of masters and has developed his consciousness. Not a light mindfulness podcast but a calm, dry delivery of deep insight. If you’re not doing the work, this is unlikely to give you the answers.
