This is right for you when you’re ready. If you’re meditating and doing yoga properly regularly and it’s working, the podcast allows deeper understanding from someone who has practised, learnt from a lineage of masters and has developed his consciousness. Not a light mindfulness podcast but a calm, dry delivery of deep insight. If you’re not doing the work, this is unlikely to give you the answers.
Ryan has an open and fresh approach to kriya and is fun to listen to. I find myself going through all of them from the beginning. Great resource!
