  • Honest and insightful advice

Tessa has so much HR experience and uses all that acquired knowledge to help employees navigate the ins and outs of the workplace. I find almost every episode helpful and relevant. She gives concise, intelligent, and individualized answers to real questions, and I think I learn something new with each episode (this is NOT the “same old” career advice). Excited to read the book!
