  • Nicole Sophia Episode

    Jeremiah -

I just finished listening to the terrific interview you did with Nicole. What I found really refreshing and somewhat unexpected was the style/format of the piece; the introspective intro reminds me of a cross between Ira Glass and the FM station interviews I grew up with in the 70s. You clearly did not take a cookie cutter approach, so if it felt unique and individual and true to Nicole, and her spirit really shines through. Thank you for that, and for your interest in our other art... more

Tristan Tritt - Defiance Has A Voice
Q: How important is family and your upbringing to your music and career?
Family provided a strong, communicative example and a supportive backbone; observing that dynamic has shaped my work ethic, shows how to balance life on the road, and motivates me to create a career that respects those roots.
Tristan Tritt - Defiance Has A Voice
Q: How do you balance authenticity with the pressures of the industry?
I reject inauthenticity like a bad kidney; I stay true to myself, avoid trends that don't fit, and focus on delivering real experiences to fans who spend their time and money to see me.
Tristan Tritt - Defiance Has A Voice
Q: Why did you choose rock and roll over country as your lane?
The attitude and honesty of rock, along with its storytelling ability, allow for more abstract and interpretive expression, which I find powerful and more engaging for listeners.
Tristan Tritt - Defiance Has A Voice
Q: What does living the dream mean to you?
Living the dream means pursuing what you love with full commitment, giving it your all even if it isn't the most financially viable at the moment, and recognizing the journey as real-time progress toward a meaningful goal.
Taylor Morden + Zeke Kamm | The Last Blockbuster
Q: What inspired you to make a film about The Last Blockbuster?
We realized there was a strong, shared nostalgia around the Blockbuster experience, and there was a compelling human story about a single remaining store and its manager that could resonate globally, especially with how streaming changed movie consumption.
