  • Tons of talking, no data

    Man was I stoked when I saw this podcast concept pop up. I thought *finally* someone is doing a deep dive on the state of crime through the lens of data, juxtaposed by how it gets reported and distorted. I was going to listen and walk away armed with some stone cold FACTS I could sling when folks say stuff like “New York City is so scary right now” (it is not, in fact, scary)

    But, no. It’s a podcast about how to talk about how to talk about crime. So much blather. I gave it my best shot. Listed... more
