  • Gregor is never wrong

You want to listen to an entitled boomer that will not agree with other opinions unless they align with his - then this podcast is right for you. He’s never wrong. And if he was the GM the oilers would have 5 cups in the last 5 years.

  • Better than ever

I was super bummed when TSN1260 folded. I had been listening for 10 years and suddenly it was off the air. But, Edmonton sports talk radio has never been better thanks to Gregor and all the good guys. I love the local businesses who have joined the ride. It’s opened my eyes to some of the businesses around town. Thanks Jason!

  • Host seems like a know it all

Doesn't sound like this guy played any high level hockey but talks it. Doesn’t like when anyone disagrees with his take.

  • From Ontario

Not sure how I found this podcast but glad I did. Gregor is an excellent host and interviewer. I especially enjoyed Terry Ryan Jr Days, which adds entertainment to the mix of Oiler and full NHL coverage. 5*/5*

July 17th - 3x Olympian Tyler Mislawchuk
Q: What does a typical race-week training look like for you during the summer season?
Tyler indicates he maintains two to three sessions daily during race week, aiming for 30 hours of training per week overall, with intensive sessions interspersed with recovery, travel, and jet lag considerations as part of a global competition schedule.
July 17th - 3x Olympian Tyler Mislawchuk
Q: How do you decide where to start on the pontoon and how do you handle transitions between disciplines?
Ranking determines starting position, allowing the top athletes to choose favorable spots; the strategy around mass starts and transitions involves drafting, positioning, and predicting rivals' moves to maximize advantage as the race progresses.
July 17th - 3x Olympian Tyler Mislawchuk
Q: What was the hardest discipline to learn when you started triathlon, and why?
Tyler explains swimming as the hardest due to its technical demands and the need to coordinate breathing, balance, and propulsion; running and cycling are more straightforward to improve with practice, whereas swimming requires skillful technique to move efficiently through the water.
The Jason Gregor Show - July 17th, 2026 - Hour 1
Q: Zegras and Drysdale, were you surprised by their numbers?
Not surprised given the rising cap and salary trends; Zegras was coming off a career season and Drysdale blossomed, so the deals fit the context of league-wide inflation.
The Jason Gregor Show - July 17th, 2026 - Hour 1
Q: Jordan, how are you doing?
I'm doing well, and the off-season has plenty of material to discuss, especially with the Flyers' moves.
