Just found this podcast. My husband and I grew up in Irish families in Willesden and Harlesden in the 70/80s. We’ve laughed so much and so much has resonated with us. Thank you so much!
Very funny stuff from three very witty men. Bringing back lots of great childhood memories from driving to Ireland in the holidays to swapping where to go to Mass on Saturday based on how fast the priest finished it. St Pats in Neasden/Stonebridge was almost a drive through Mass it was that rapid!

Just finished the 3rd episode and it had me in tears laughing. Quick with the wit, the insults and micky taking out of each other.
The Nelson Mandela and Morgan Freeman take offs are brilliant.
A great mix to the episodes.
What a great bunch of ‘Langars’.

The conversations blend nostalgia with sharp banter, cultural observations, and candid takes on identity, making the series a warm, entertaining primer on belonging, heritage, and diaspora networks. Notable throughlines include the role of pubs and local communities, evolving media representations, and the quirky intersections of Irish and London life that keep the episodes buoyant and re... more
