Terry has really created an enjoyable thought provoking podcast that not only challenges norms but really gets your thoughts flowing on a variety of topics. Standards check, mindfulness, business, dvsa, health, mental health, social media, coaching, instruction, top tips. You name he has it and I often find myself smiling whilst I listen. I am NOT a podcast learner but I certainly listen to this and pay for the premium. You won’t regret it!
If you are a driving instructor then you simply must listen to this. Up to date industry news, high quality expert guests, fantastic variety of subjects. I know count Terrys podcast as the single biggest positive influence on my professional development. Outstanding.

An absolute must listen for any and all PDIs / ADIs. Spend less time scrolling for answers on Facebook and more time scrolling the back catalogue of this absolute belter of a resource. Its free but don’t settle for the free version. Trade in a couple coffees a week and go for the big £22 subscription if you can. Heck, do an extra hour per month and it’s paid for. Just get on it will ya’ ✌🏼
