In no world is it effective to work out 80 days in a row without recovery. You are 100 percent not working out properly and wont see results without injury. So far off the mark about fitness. Active recovery is a thing but in 80 days of acutally effective workouts you would need complete rest days. Otherwise you arent working out properly and wont see any results without damage, and lighting the wick and both ends…

I hope they make more podcasts, although I know they’re all very busy! I stumbled across this podcast last year and have listened to every episode. I love the combination of personalities and how much I can relate to them being a graphic designer of 15 years.
