  • Great Resource

As a rookie coach, this podcast has been incredibly valuable. The Short Shifts are especially helpful—that’s what got me hooked. I’ve come back to them often and replayed many multiple times. The podcast sends the right message to kids, and it’s clear Toph and Jeff genuinely care about hockey and making the game better. It’s an outstanding resource for coaches, players, and parents alike.
