How can I download the awesome music you had at the end of this show?
Love his politics but all that reading to us just seems lazy. We want engaging interesting dialogue between bright people not someone filling up a podcast with finding stuff to read.
The keto diet is a high FAT (not protein) content diet that puts the body into the state of ketosis.
Putting current events in historical perspective enabling us to make better decisions
I can’t recommend the radio show/podcast since Thom allows right-wing (paid) shills to spew their traitorous opinions. Other show have banned these individuals for good reason. These people have enough of their own outlets, we don’t need them on the VERY FEW progressive outlets. Unfortunately, Thom has become an appeaser.

A daily political commentary show that blends aggressive analysis of current events with historical context, focusing on policy debates, fiscal issues, and media narratives. Episodes commonly critique neoliberalism, explore the influence of money in politics, and advocate for progressive reforms across healthcare, social security, and democracy. Notable is a willingness to fuse data-driven updates with impassioned calls to action, often featuring caller participation and sponsor segments. The program stands out for its outspoken stance, wide-ranging references, and a consistent emphasis on holding power to account while engaging a broad audience of politically engaged listeners.
