As I was completely unaware that super Darren was doing all this on podcast whilst I signed up for a RHS LVL 2 in plant science at winterborne, this podcast is fantastic not just for keeping you updated in the latest updates in gardening but very entertaining and always has me laughing. I shall certainly be looking at him in a different light when I see him in our class room ! Keep up the amazing molly and Darren !!!
I absolutely love the Happy Garden Podcast and never miss an episode. Mollie and Darren are so much fun to listen to. They cover some interesting topics. From a listener who is not a gardener I really enjoy the variety of topics, the way they are delivered and learn things.
It is impressive that in the two years the podcast has been going there has never been a week without an episode.
Thank you Mollie and Darren for all your hard work and dedication.
An hour with friends

Would absolutely recommend.
Hi Mollie and Darren
I thought I’d try your podcast after attending one of Darren’s “Tights” talks and now totally hooked!
If i had to choose I’d rather listen to your podcast than watch Gardener’s World.. so much more fun and I’ve learnt loads.
Please keep up the good work and may your podcasts keep getting longer!
All the best

A lighthearted, garden-focused show blending practical how-tos with playful banter and guest interviews. Episodes routinely cover seasonal planting, urban and balcony gardening, wildlife-friendly practices, and community engagement, often weaving in celebrity appearances, listener calls, and competitions. Notable angles include No Mow May advocacy, wildlife gardening, and innovative topics like terrariums and human-related soil cycles, all delivered with warmth and humor.
