  • Very robotic voice. Not really any emotion at all when talking.

The stories are well written but Joey has the most weirdly robotic voice and you can tell he’s just stressed out while reading the script word for word. It almost sounds like an AI voice.

  • Too theatrical

I really want to like this podcast. I feel like the speaker can cleanly tell the story, but he is way too theatrical and dramatic for me. If he turned it down a notch, this podcast would be great.
