Just loved this episode! So insightful and such important information here! Take a listen!
If you’re a mom, you need to be listening to this!! I’ve never been to a psychologist, so I can’t say it’s like therapy, but it really has a therapeutic effect. It’s real and honest with zero judgment and I just love listening in my car - I’m often crying or laughing along while I’m driving because it’s all so relatable. Feels like my safe space! Also, I’ve been meaning to listen to podcasts for ages and just never gotten into it. This has me hooked.
Where has this podcast been all my life, what have I been doing ??😂 Absolutely love this podcast, I’m a mom and its really awesome to have a safe, no judgement space. Being a mom is flippen hard and its awesome to know we’re in this together!!!
Such a real and down to earth chat amongst friends, never feel like they’re judging anyone! X
I’m not a mum myself, but a number of people in my circle are (and amazing mums, at that), including my best friend and my sister. Even without my own kids, I find these two ladies hilarious and completely relatable, like I’m sitting in a coffee shop, listening to two friends offload, all while sharing topical and relevant information.
