If you’re a stay at home mom/dad in Columbia County(and many are), do so at your own risk. Judge Padgett does NOT favor this type of marriage and instead will favor the income generating spouse. My ex husband and I were married for ten years and he made close to 200k a year. He cheated and lied, to me, and while on the stand.
