Firstly, apologies for the issues with Ronan's audio. The new set up in a new house did not work well, we will work on that. Secondly this episode has been in the editing suite for a few weeks so apologies if some things sound out of date but that le... more

Sean and Ronan are engaging to listen to and thoughtful in their unpicking of games, mechanics and themes. I especially enjoy their reviews and the British tone of the pod amongst the overwhelmingly US bias of so many of the other (great) board gaming pods out there.
Listening to the pod, as I it dawned on me that this is one of my favourite favourites that I always look out for. Lower key than a lot of gaming podcasts but Sean and Ronan’s passion and humour really comes through.
Great pod cast for the serious game lover. A couple of guys who have a good time playing and talking about games. Very nice to get content from a non American podcast.
Enjoy the varied formats of the podcast. Always keeps the interest instead of a by the numbers review show. You can hear the amount of research and play that goes into producing this content.
Both Sean and Ronan have studied game mechanics to the point where they know what works and what does not work. They do not pull any punches when a game fails to deliver while espousing the virtues of the titles that do.
If you want to hear expansive and informative reviews of table top games then this is the podcast for you.
