Apart from a couple of good episodes, this is just a trailer of the paid services Katy sells on various websites. Quite a lot of episodes are just an invitation to subscribe to her paid service.
So, if you do not want/need to pay a subscription and just need to follow a french podcast, this one is not what you need. Waste of time.

This podcast has been a really huge helping in maintaining and improving my French. I can’t recommend it more highly. The integration of teaching on French idioms and colloquialisms is especially good.

Katy has such a lovely voice, I really enjoy listening. She speaks at a slightly slower pace but not so slow that it feels like a kids class :-) I can’t understand everything yet but I’m sure my comprehension will improve with time.
