In The Forró Flow, I examine why people dance forró and what it does for their wellbeing. I am especially interested in experiences of transcendence when dancing. My guests range from beginner dancers to people who have been dancing for decades, but one thing that unites them is their passion for dance.

Talking about how people live life detached from screens with actual haptic experiences is more important than ever! I am looking forward to the upcoming episodes.
A laid back conversation-type podcast. The main focus is Forró, but could definitely be a fun listen for dancers of other partner dance styles.
