Swiss Army Man
Okay, we all know Z can pick some fucked up movies but this one is especially... just wow. And this is Z typing so take that for what it's worth. No descriptions, just listen to this one.
Vin Diesel plays an immortal viking. Frodo of the Shire is a priest. Jon Snow's dead girlfriend plays a witch. It's surprisingly decent? What do I know, I just type the descriptions.
Beetlejuice-
So Batman plays a horny male version of Bloody Mary in this 80's classic. One hosts loves the movie and the other not so much. If you've ever listened before, you can probably guess which is which.
BLADE
Vamps, techno, shotguns, and literal blood baths- Back when Marvel was a little risque.
TOTAL RECALL
150% boobs, Martian conspiracies, rippling Austrian muscle, and puns. Seriously, what else can you want in a film?
SIN CITY
Noir grittiness? Check. Witty commentary? Check. Gore? Check. Boobs? Check. Frodo and Bruce Willis? Double Check. Boobs? Fuck it, have another check.
Sleepy Hollow- 1999
Ichabod "The Bod" Crane versus The "Hellish Hessian" in a one night, knock down... drag out... FIGHT FOR THE AGES. Featuring multiple Sith lords.
Are you considering going to Atlanta's DragonCon this year? Or cancelling? We have some advice either way.
Looked them up after meeting at DragonCon. Pretty enjoyable little podcast. Makes for a quick, easy listen. Not sure if the short length justifies the breaks, but doesn’t harm it much. Overall I’m enjoying it.
Listened to a few of these. Entertaining show, well rehearsed (or researched I guess) and love how Z or (Zeek? guy) makes fun of Neil. Funny. Definitely nerds. Haha. I’m not quite there but enjoy listening to nerds pontificate and get over-fixated on one little thing 🙂 I listen to all podcasts at 1.5x so sometimes they talk to fast. Almost deducted a star but solid 4.5. Wonder which character is which.
