I’m listening to S4E3 THANK YOU for emphasising that stress is the biggest disruptor of hormones. This is so on point and something that the pharmaceutical industry does not want us to grasp! Totally left in the dark! Not anymore thanks to you guys!
I am absolutely loving this podcast! I am truly learning so much I was never taught. They cover so much in this podcast that I have been struggling with lately. They talk about hormones, nutrition, anxiety and depression and how all of this connects. They have taught me how simple lifestyle changes can help me tremendously.
This podcast is a MUST LISTEN!!!
Loving the flow state hosted by Monica and Norah! And their informative approach to complex topics is engaging and thought provoking. An excellent source of valuable insights presented in an enjoyable way!
I love the information provided in The Flow State podcast. It is very educational and provides fabulous information. I have to listen in batches though. The overuse of the word “like” and ending sentences as a question gets a little annoying after a while. That’s just my personal opinion and it shouldn’t make you not listen to this great podcast.
This podcast is evidence-based and to the point. I find that other health podcasts add a lot of fluff or get distracted by a side conversation, only to touch on the episode topic for the last 5-10 minutes, making you feel like you’ve wasted your time. Norah and Monica get right into it. While digging into the science of “why”, they also bravely share their own first hand personal and professional experiences making it extra relatable. I am always looking forward to the next episode!
