  • Insightful and entertaining

Highly recommend this podcast - Nigel is so skilled, he is not only smart, he actually listens to his subject, never talks over others, steeped in both compassion and humour. Interesting format of five “ items”. I’ve learnt a lot from the ones I’ve listened to, and have created a must- do list of books to read and movies to see.

  • Insightful and thought provoking

I’ve just listened to my first episode of Nigel’s Five of My Life and my mind has gently expanded to view new perspectives. He respectfully ‘dances’ in conversation with his guest and welcomes and makes space for their answers without judgement. Such a wonderful set of questions that are engaging and spark curiosity. Keep doing what you’re doing Nigel as you’re clearly doing good in the world your way!

  • The Five of my Life.

I found this programme and love it. I live in Canada and had no idea of who the people were but I really enjoyed the format and the interviewer. I have listened to three but don't seem to be able to find more. I do hope I shall be able to download some more programmes in the near future.
