  • Nothing compares to the Firn Line

I don’t know much else to say, it’s a real alpinism history book that I wish my grandfather would read to me as a kid

  • New to the pocast

I’ve listened to all the climbing podcasts since the Chris Kalous Off belay days. Just tunning into this one with the Will Stanhope interview. I’ll listen to others to give it a chance but the hosts interview style is hard to get through. Not a fluid conversation. Pointed questions bouncing from subject to subject. Sounds like a high school project or a person interviewing a movie star. I imagine he’s sitting down with a notepad reading question to question.

  • Always good, exceptional recently!

Ridge of madness, was maybe the best climbing related podcast episode I’ve ever listened to! Love the story and all the many connections. A tragic story, no doubt, but masterfully told!
