Captain cook was amazing!!! Love the content….
Been listening for almost a year now, and every single episode I’ve listened to has been full of lessons, stories and ideas that these guys share. They stand out so much more then other motivational and firefighter podcasts, as they share their owen stories and connect with the listeners on a more personal and educational level about life as a firefighter and every other role they play. Love it!

This podcast will cover every important aspect for us to improve as Humans, Husbands, Fathers, Friends, coworkers, fitness, our mental health, our religion etc….

I love how accessible each episode is. It’s not over fancy or try to be—just delivers good info with the right level of warmth, truth and encouragement. Nole has a great voice and I appreciate how he curates answers throughout each episode, finding worthy things to discuss while casually just shooting the breeze!
Great podcast, they confront their own flaws head-on, pushing each other to be better dads and community servants. It's real, and it's a must-listen for anyone who values honesty and camaraderie. Keep up the good work boys
