  • Really poor analysis

Essentially just reading the box score, the older guy is so biased towards MSU that you need to ignore anything he says if you want an honest take

  • Terrific analysis

I really enjoy the pregame and the postgame analysis every episode. Good insights, predictions, and rundown of both teams they’re discussing.

  • Delusion and sour grapes

The old timer in particular is insanely delusional. Never credits the other teams for when State lose. It’s always State didn’t do this, they failed to do that, not understanding that the other team is the reason for the failings. Typical State stuff, really.

  • Thanks Eric & Rod!

As a lifelong MSU fan born & raised in the Hoosier State, this is my go-to podcast for Sparty hoops. I appreciate Eric's organization & commentary, as well as Rod's in-depth & insightful analysis. As a former college hooper myself, it's clear that he's a student of the game, which makes it a lot more enjoyable to listen to, as opposed to so many other uninformed talking heads out there. Keep up the great work guys!
