I enjoyed listening to the Ingrid Klimpke interview - thanks so much !!
Would love to have more specific advice from Dr Sykes about feeding before exercise. What to feed and when. And any other tips he had for managing / preventing recurrence.
I listen to podcasts daily. This one in particular has become a favorite. The host has a lovely voice, articulates well and is easy to listen to. (There are podcasts that I will no longer listen to due to the speakers….)Guests are amazing, as are the topics and questions asked. I learn something with each episode I listen to! Thank you we horse for doing a great job!
